We operate a professional chauffeur and black-car service within a private holding company's portfolio. We serve our own clients directly and fulfill bookings through affiliated platforms such as Blacklane, providing reliable, polished, on-time transportation. Our reputation rests on how every ride feels — professional, punctual, and discreet.

Position Summary

We are hiring a professional chauffeur to provide safe, courteous, high-quality transportation for our clients. You are the face of the service: the client's entire impression is built in the car. The right person drives smoothly and safely, arrives early every time, presents themselves and the vehicle immaculately, and treats every passenger with professionalism and discretion.

Rides are dispatched from our own client bookings and from affiliated platforms. Your job is to accept assignments, execute each trip flawlessly, and keep clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe, professional driving. Transport clients safely and smoothly, obeying all traffic laws and prioritizing a comfortable ride.
• Punctuality. Arrive early for every pickup, build in time for traffic, and never make a client wait.
• Client experience. Provide courteous, professional service — assist with luggage and doors, offer a polished greeting, and read whether a client wants conversation or quiet.
• Airport and meet-and-greet. Handle airport pickups, monitor flight times, and manage meet-and-greet arrivals professionally.
• Vehicle presentation. Keep the vehicle spotless inside and out, fueled, and ready — the car is part of the product.
• Vehicle upkeep. Perform basic pre-trip checks, keep the vehicle maintained, and report any issues promptly.
• Navigation. Know the best routes, plan around traffic, and adapt on the fly.
• Discretion. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with every client, including high-profile passengers.
• Availability. Accept dispatched rides and maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends as demand requires.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Any chauffeur, livery, or commercial permits required to operate in the applicable jurisdiction (or willingness and ability to obtain them).
• Prior professional driving experience (chauffeur, black-car, livery, or rideshare) strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent punctuality and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of the NY / NJ metro area and comfort with navigation tools.
• Courteous, discreet, and client-focused.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage.
• Smartphone-comfortable, able to work with dispatch and booking apps.

Compensation

• Base salary: $4,000 per month.
• Ride bonus: additional pay based on the number of client rides completed.
• Tips: gratuities from clients are yours to keep.
