What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper - Full-time position at KBS Tax Services?
We are looking for an Organized, Go Getter with solid time management skills and attention to detail to join our Bookkeeping Department!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entering client data from source documents into QuickBooks, Canopy
- Producing bookkeeping reports and packaging with source documents
- Reconciliation of banking and credit cards
- Logging progress of work
- Preparation of monthly tax returns/Processing sales tax payments
- Verify payroll and reconcile payroll records with quarterly reports to be filed
- Maintaining accurate and organized client records
Qualifications for this position:
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese preferred
- Solid bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Previous payroll experience preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (In-person only)

Salary : $18 - $23
