Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in flooring installation across various materials such as tile laying, hardwoods, laminates, vinyl flooring, and carpet.
- Strong background in construction with experience in flooring installation and tile laying.
- Skilled in using hand tools, carpentry, and floor care techniques
- Knowledge of hands-on work and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Able to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly
- Good communication skills
Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years experience in flooring installation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy (50 lbs) equipment and tools as necessary.
- Ability to push/pull (50 lbs).
- Ability to twist and bend and the waist.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, standing and kneeling for extended periods.
