KBR is looking for Accounts payable accountant who can Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and documentation. Location: Khobar Nationality: Saudi Only Key Responsibilities Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes Record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system Prepare and process supplier payments in accordance with agreed credit terms Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues Assist in month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding payments and balances Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or junior accounting role Basic understanding of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP) Good knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time‑management skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills Good communication skills in English & Arabic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Belong.
