As part of our team, you'll enjoy shared tips (additional $1.50-$2.00 per hour on top of hourly pay) and employee meals.
Position Summary:
As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. ***This position requires availability to close 3-5 days a week (10:00pm end time, WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY). This position will require dishwashing shifts. WE DO NOT HIRE ANYONE IN HIGH SCHOOL, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE 1 YEAR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE. If this experience is not on your resume when applying, you will be automatically rejected.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greeting customers
- Taking and handing off orders
- Assisting with food prep and presentation
- Maintaining a clean restaurant
- Working closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in the desired position (preferred) and an up-to-date California food handler's certificate (can be obtained after hired). You'll need to be able to remain composed and collected during fast paced situations and have the physical ability to uninterruptedly stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. In addition, you'll be willing to perform additional duties in the restaurant's best interest, although not stated or depicted in this ad, nor during the hiring process. Sorry, no current high school students will be considered for this position.

- Ability to remain composed, particularly during high volume, high stress, or uncomfortable situations
- Ability to uninterruptedly stand, reach, bend as required by the desired position
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to manipulate fingers, hands and arms to cut, measure, pour, serve, carry and wipe
