Kontoor Brands’ Summer Intern Program is packed with projects, networking socials, cross-functional learning, and the chance to connect with industry trailblazers like our Executive Leadership Team. Previous interns have taken on projects as subject matter experts and social architects to engineer solutions through social media, Go-To-Market strategies, and denim designs. Participants can also take advantage of opportunities to explore interests in Social Issues, Sustainability, Community Outreach and more. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship. Program Overview: 10-week term Full-time paid internship Must be local or willing to relocate to Greensboro, NC Find Your Fit at Kontoor if you are: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship Eligible to work in the US without restrictions Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Full-time roles are up for grabs when the program concludes. Project Role: Walmart Sales Intern The Walmart Sales Intern will be directly involved in helping maintain and grow one of Kontoor Brands key accounts. This position will work directly on both in-store and e-commerce projects to continue driving Kontoor’s business across Wrangler and Lee with the world’s largest retailer. Key Responsibilities: Perform site audits for Wrangler and Lee product on Walmart.com to help elevate consumer shopping experience. Monitor and analyze inventory movements to best service the account and mitigate lost sales due to false out of stocks.  Conduct competitive landscape analysis on Walmart.com and identify white spaces that will help optimize product assortment offerings.  Assist sales team in preparation for key sales meetings by helping to both curate presentation decks and provide impactful sales insights drawn from site and sales analysis.  Perform market analysis to help the team understand the competitive landscape and identify white space opportunities Work with cross functional teams as necessary to complete tasks Skills for Success: Very Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for data organization  Desire to learn/use Data Visualization Platforms (Power BI)  Strong work ethic and able to multi-task in order to meet predetermined deadlines  Desire to improve presentation skills (information gathering/identifying white spaces/provide solution-based recommendations) Pursuing a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or any other related degree  Location Requirements: Greensboro, NC Why Kontoor Brands?
