About Us:
KBest Media LLC is a dynamic, locally owned media company operating three radio stations (KBST FM, KBST AM, & KBTS FM) in Big Spring, TX. We’re passionate about serving our community with engaging content, live sports, and creative advertising solutions. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Account Executive to join our team and help local businesses grow through effective radio and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and advertisers
- Create customized advertising solutions across radio, digital, and event platforms
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through new business development and account retention
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage campaign execution
- Collaborate with programming and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales experience (media sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
