Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and offer attentive, professional assistance.
• Ask about customers’ skincare needs and help them find suitable products.
• Explain product benefits, how to use products, and the order of skincare steps.
• Learn about our brands, new arrivals, and current promotions.
• Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to the store’s performance.
• Process purchases accurately using our checkout system.
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves, displays, and testers clean and organized.
• Follow store policies and communicate clearly with the team.

Qualifications

• Interest in Korean skincare and beauty; basic skincare knowledge strongly preferred.
• Friendly communication skills and confidence approaching customers.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to study products and apply feedback.
• Ability to stay organized and assist customers during busy periods.
• Retail, beauty, or customer service experience preferred.
