Here's what you'll do:
- Oversee building projects, renovations, and keep our equipment running smoothly.
- Manage a team of talented maintenance technicians.
- Be the point person for building vendors and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Leverage your expertise in mechanical systems, PLCs, and CMMS to diagnose and solve problems.
- Champion continuous improvement through strategic budgeting and data analysis.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing or warehousing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and PLCs.
- Experience with CNC machines—lathes and mills.
- Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Experience leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
