Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job
Essential functions include working in one or more of the following technical areas with appropriate supervision
- Conduct weekly discovery stage screening high throughput in vitro ADME assays, such as intrinsic clearance, protein and tissue binding, CYP450 inhibition, CYP450 reaction phenotyping and whole blood stability
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management
- With appropriate supervision, analyze, record, and archive data, prepare summary documents, and report data as needed
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant scientific discipline with up to 3 years of experience or an M.S. (industry experience preferred)
- Strong preference given to candidates with hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays
- High-throughput screening and LC/MS/MS experience preferred
- Hamilton robotic liquid handler experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks while meeting timelines and quality expectations in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication skills

Salary : $131,249 - $183,534
