Role Description The Client Relations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This position manages day-to-day client communications, including answering inquiries, scheduling consultations, and providing updates on case status. The coordinator will welcome clients to the office, prepare intake forms, maintain accurate records in the firm’s systems, and ensure smooth handoffs between clients and attorneys. Responsibilities include organizing files and calendars, tracking deadlines, coordinating follow-up tasks, and supporting basic administrative and project-related activities to keep client matters on schedule.
