Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments using a cash register and handle cash transactions
- Build positive guest relations by providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to accommodate special dietary requests or modifications
Skills:
- Proficient in using a POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Strong upselling skills to promote specials and increase sales
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive guest relations
