Key Responsibilities
- Handle and assist on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions from inception through resolution, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, easements, and development
- Manage and oversee client communications and maintain strong client relationships
- Draft, review and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Review title commitments and underlying title documents in conjunction with ALTA Surveys; prepare title objection letters
- Advise clients on deal structuring and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in transactional real estate law
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions
• Actively licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills
