Senior Client Advisor (Commission-Only) — Remote, U.S. Based

We are seeking Senior Client Advisors — elite, commission-only sales professionals with an existing book of business — to join our national growth team.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Kayla IT’s five core service lines to clients within your personal network or market
- Build and manage a self-directed pipeline with the support of our leadership team
- Lead client conversations from discovery to signed agreement (SE support available)
- Present service packages using provided enablement materials and pricing calculators
- Collaborate with our Sales Engineering and Project Management teams to scope client solutions
- Maintain accurate deal activity in Kayla’s CRM (Zoho)
Sales Targets & Expectations

New Client MRR - $10,000 a Month
Project-Based TCV - $25,000
Multi-Pillar Deals - Encouraged (3 Services)
Note: The average successful rep at Kayla earns $25K–$40K/quarter with no cap.
Commission Structure Highlights
- Managed Services & Cybersecurity – 6% flat of Year 1 MRR
- Application Development – 20% of project value ( 1% for bundling)
- Professional Services & Field Services – 12% ( 1% bundling bonus)
- SPIFs and referral bonuses available quarterly
- Paid on client payment, not contract signature
