We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital-modernization initiatives across client operations. The role focuses on delivering AI-driven solutions including automation, video analytics, data platforms, and smart technologies to enhance operational efficiency, passenger experience, safety, and overall airport performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital modernization projects involving AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; manage execution through completion.
- Partner with airport operations, IT, engineering, and security teams to design and implement AI-based solutions (e.g., computer vision, predictive analytics, digital workflow tools).
- Oversee technical integration, vendor coordination, system testing, and solution rollout.
- Conduct business-process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency through digital tools.
- Develop change-management strategies, oversee user training, and ensure adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership and airport stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data-governance requirements.
- Identify new use cases for AI, automation, IoT, and data insights within airport operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of project management experience in digital transformation, IT, or technology consulting.
- Experience working with transportation, or complex operational environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, computer-vision applications, data ecosystems, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale technology implementations.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Background in modernization initiatives such as digital twins, IoT, video analytics, or automation platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution roadmaps.
