This role requires exceptional leadership, executive-level communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource planning.
- Drive project governance, executive reporting, and steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and billing activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational governance.
- 15 years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience serving as the Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong experience delivering large, multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
- Previous experience managing Public Sector engagements is required.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with one of the Big Four consulting firms on large enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and large distributed project teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
