Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Data Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with data visualization, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in auto finance or financial services domain
- Exposure to business intelligence tools and reporting frameworks
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in a corporate environment.
