Kaye Bender Rembaum in Pompano Beach is a high-volume, large Community Association law firm. We are growing and need a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal for our non-foreclosure Litigation Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.
Requirements:
Motivated, reliable, self-starter with strong organizational and large volume case management skills
Community Association Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Must be able to commute within reasonable distance to our office in Pompano Beach.
This is an in-office position with some flexibility as needed after 90 days.

- A minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience ***
Motivated, reliable, self-starter with strong organizational and large volume case management skills
Community Association Experience Preferred, But Not Required
Must be able to commute within reasonable distance to our office in Pompano Beach.
This is an in-office position with some flexibility as needed after 90 days.
Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Preparing and E-filing of Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases.
- E-Service of documents to parties.
- Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediation, trials and meetings.
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys.
- Preparation of correspondence.
- High volume document management and control; maintaining Litigation electronic files.
- Assisting attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials
- Professional and courteous interaction with court staff, clients, property managers and opposing counsel.
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
- Proficiency with Word and Microsoft Outlook programs
- Assisting attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Process the incoming court filings from E-filing portal.
