Experience we are looking for:
2 years of experience in agency recruiting or executive search firm
Experience with outbound sales, cold calling or sourcing
Ability to work in office in Williamsville, NY
Bachelor Degree preferred
Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database
Experience with business writing and handling details
Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C-suite roles within our client organizations nationwide.
Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Accounting, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Legal.
Develop and expand relationships with clients, senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with your team.
