Our Recruiting Account Executive role is responsible for cultivating relationships with new client companies while working alongside proven recruiting specialists. You’ll be expected to become knowledgeable about your assigned industry as well as the positions and titles of those working within it.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfil talent needs.
· Develop and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
· Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with your team.
· Maintain a portfolio of strong client relationships.
Compensation:
· Base salary (commensurate on experience)
· 35% Commission on all cash-in
