Job Description:

In this role, you will work as a Part-time QSP Aid providing support services to individuals with disabilities in the Bismarck/Mandan ND area. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily activities, providing personal care, implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of those under your care. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients
• Providing light housekeeping, doing laundry, cooking meals, shopping,
• Assist in transferring the person
• Provide non-medical transportation
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma
