Position Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and scale our clinic operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability across all locations, while building systems that allow the company to grow beyond founder involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all state-specific regulations
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
- Improve clinic efficiency, patient flow, and profitability
- Build reporting systems and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Hire, train, and manage regional or site-level leaders
- Partner with leadership on expansion into new states and locations
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience managing multi-location operations (healthcare, clinics, or franchise preferred)
- Strong systems and process development experience
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, cannabis, or similar)
- Proven ability to scale operations
- Strong leadership, relationship building, and team management skills
- Data-driven decision maker
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ($100K–$150K based on experience)

Remote with travel to work with founder in Miramar Beach, FL and to locations of expansion
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
