Responsibilities for Corporate Awards & Submissions Coordinator:Prepare and manage submissions for surveys, directories, and legal ranking publications, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.Coordinate interviews and gather supporting materials for awards and recognitions submissions.Review and update biographies, practice overviews, firm profiles, and website content to maintain consistent Firm voice.Maintain and update submissions-related databases, business development materials, and rankings reports.Monitor industry news, trends, and publications to identify recognition opportunities.Liaise with directory editorial staff and researchers to understand submission guidelines and methodologies.Assist with process improvements for submissions, tracking, and overall business development initiatives.
