Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role located in Fredericksburg, VA. The Jewelry Consultant will assist customers in selecting jewelry, provide excellent customer service, and create exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include helping customers make informed purchases, sharing product knowledge, maintaining the store's visual presentation, and meeting sales goals in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to build relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Retail Sales experience with the ability to achieve sales targets and provide product recommendations
- Knowledge or an interest in Jewelry Design as a plus
- Friendly demeanor and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or a related field is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred
