- Support banking and financial service functions such as loan processing, account inquiries, and cash management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail sales techniques, financial software, and store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory management
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently
- Basic math proficiency, including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing skills
