Certification Details CA RN license BLS Job Details New need for RN Clinical Educator-M / S Days 40 hours, Exempt The purpose of the position is to provide ongoing assessment of staff member educational needs. Through utilization of adult learning principles, to strategically design, implement and evaluate educational offerings that meet the needs of care providers. Job Requirements CA RN license BLS BSN Minimum of five years recent clinical experience and / or experience as an RN educator. Schedule Information Days 40 hours, Exempt Unit Specific Information Collaborates with department leadership and Director of Clinical Education to ensure competency of staff. Provides ongoing assessment of learning needs for all staff members. Plans, coordinates and evaluates the education programs provided and conducts annual needs assessment. Additional Details Current / valid Gov't issued photo identification with front and back copies. We must obtain the SSC if the traveler used it on their i9, but this facility does not require it to be sent with the file.
