Benefits Eligible Part-Time Benefit Eligible Work Shift Variable - 8 Hour or less Shift (United States of America) Department 8380 Central Logistics The Central Logistics Shipper Receiver ensures the timely and accurate receipt of supplies and equipment ordered by the Kaweah Health. In addition, the Shipper Receiver is responsible for the distribution of equipment and supplies to the appropriate Kaweah Health department. QUALIFICATIONS Education Preferred: High school diploma Experience Required: One year experience working in a warehouse environment doing tagging, restocking, rotating stock, palletizing and receiving. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Physically accepts equipment and product for the Kaweah Health and accurately documents required data including manual information and information maintained in the MMIS. Following Kaweah Health policy, prepares, documents, and coordinates all outbound shipments, including those with special instructions such as Fed Ex, UPS, return receipt or return authorization shipments. Ensures item is packed with materials appropriate for the item being shipped. Distributes all received product to the appropriate requesting department in a timely manner, appropriately documenting deliveries as required. Communicates, both in writing and verbally, in an effective and prompt manner with all perceived customers. Additional Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
