This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technical Trainer located in Yonkers, NY. The Lead Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and ensuring that staff and clients are proficient in the operational and maintenance procedures for Kawasaki rolling stock. The role will involve training needs assessments, facilitating workshops, and providing continuous support to enhance skills and knowledge. Collaboration with engineering teams may be required to ensure technical accuracy in materials and delivery.
- Proven expertise in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training & Development
- Strong Communication skills to effectively deliver training content and engage participants
- Experience designing and implementing structured Training programs
- Ability to work on-site in Yonkers, NY, with flexibility to adapt to varying training needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications related to training or technical expertise are a plus
