Kawasaki Rail Car Lincoln, INC seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern at our Rail Car manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities Of Engineering Intern

Learn and support the warehouse process including special kit carts and improve standard kit cart process.
Assist engineers with tasks and projects, for example, tool design/modeling
Update operation procedures and work instructions
Develop and implement continuous improvement projects associated with the functional testing of passenger rail cars

Qualifications For Engineering Intern

Some college experience preferred (Preferably students currently pursuing a degree is Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related degree)
Must have High School diploma or successfully obtained a GED

This position will be paid through our contract agency, Advance Services Inc. Hours will be part-time during the school year (10 hours/week minimum) and full-time during the summer.
