Salary: $17/HourEmployment Classification: SeasonalSeasonal Employment Term: April 1 September 30Role Summary:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in daily operations and is responsible for supporting and delivering a high-quality guest experience. The CSR manages a wide range of customer-facing activities including, but not limited to, passenger and freight ticketing, inbound communications (phone and email), reservation bookings, and retail sales. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests and is expected to represent the company with professionalism, efficiency, and operational knowledge.
