KAVKAZ Express LLC is looking for an experienced and highly driven team player to join our Logistics Department as an OTR Dispatcher.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Review assignments/tenders
- Post loads on DAT/Truckstop
- Negotiate the best price with Brokers
- Build relationship with assigned and new Brokers
- Ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time
- Follow-up on trucks’ location, pick up/delivery statuses and temperatures
- Communicate with customers reps throughout the load transit
- Communicate with drivers via phone and text to relay information and confirm the reception of information
- Communicate with brokers to let them know all pertinent information regarding the delivery of their load (including driver name, phone number, any issues with delivery)
- Record and maintain files of pick-up/delivery information, communications with brokers, truck breakdowns, expenses, and proofs of deliveries
Skills and Experience:
- Must have 2 years OTR DISPATCHING experience
- Logistics/Account Management Experience is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication, leadership skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast and dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic
- Must speak English fluently

- Talking, hearing, and lifting up to 15 pounds
