What You’ll Do
- Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (chat video) and in-person
- Provide and document visits, histories, referrals, labs, and follow-ups in the EHR
- Help patients understand and manage medications
- Perform basic procedures like blood draws or cryo therapy
- Build trusted relationships with patients and help them feel healthier and happier
What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: FNP-C, APRN, and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing
- Certifications: Current BLS
- Experience: 2 years in family practice and/or urgent care with pediatric experience
- Education: Graduate of an accredited FNP program (Master’s required)
- This role requires in-person home visits. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation
