Job Overview
The RevOps SDR is a hybrid role responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities while maintaining the systems, data integrity, and workflows that power the revenue organization.
This role sits at the intersection of sales development and revenue operations, owning outbound and inbound lead qualification, CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and early-stage sales execution. The RevOps SDR ensures that opportunities entering the pipeline are real, qualified, compliant, and properly tracked—enabling sales leadership to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and energized by building scalable systems, not just booking meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Pipeline Creation
- Prospect and qualify B2B opportunities across:
- Wholesale accounts
- Distributors
- Multi-location operators
- Hospitality and functional beverage partners
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from website forms, referrals, and events
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for senior sales leadership or closers
- Ensure all opportunities meet defined qualification criteria before handoff
Revenue Operations & CRM Ownership
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM data , Pipedrive, or equivalent)
- Enforce required fields, lead stages, and opportunity statuses
- Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Support lead routing, follow-up workflows, and SLA adherence
- Identify breakdowns in the sales process and recommend improvements
- Maintain clean handoff documentation and internal notes
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on:
- Lead volume and quality
- Meetings booked vs. held
- Qualified pipeline created
- Conversion rates by channel and vertical
- Support leadership with accurate reporting for forecasting and planning
- Provide feedback on which markets and account types convert best
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with sales leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and qualification rules
- Support field and outside sales teams with research and account prep
- Assist with trade shows, sample events, and industry expos as needed
- Document processes and contribute to sales playbooks
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to conduct automated outbound campaigns effectively
- Knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment
