WHO YOU ARE:

This is a solo gig! You must feel confident in managing the bar and its vibe during your shift.

If you love bartending and being social, are great at setting the atmosphere and keeping regulars happy, but are over the bar scene, and want to check out an alternative to alcohol and the nightlife scene, you have found the right place!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare non-alcohol plant-based botanical beverages
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with enthusiasm
• Use sales tactics to improve shift sales
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Able to work autonomously while upholding company standards
• Promote a positive atmosphere within the bar
• Social media posting (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Be a valuable and responsible member of the Tribe!
• Flexibility to work at other locations occasionally preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working experience as a bartender/kavatender/server
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Team and growth orientated
