Kavana Living is hiring a full-time Senior Living Sales Advisor to work in our friendly Valley Stream corporate office. In this position, the Senior Living Sales Advisor will be the first point of contact for families and individuals searching for assisted living or independent living communities. This position offers strategic sales guidance and navigation as families explore their options.
What you will do:
* Respond to incoming calls and web based leads for senior living communities.
* Take inbound pre-screening and discovery information about each caller and situation.
* Conduct in-depth initial consultations
* Educate families on their senior living options and how to proceed
* Act as the liason between the families and communities
* Input all information into SalesForce CRM
* Assign tasks to sales directors on site to move leads forward.
* Schedule appointments for tours
* Work with facility Sales Directors to relay information and discuss sales strategies.
* Follow up and see how we can move the leads to the next steps.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of senior living sales experience. Must be empathetic, outgoing, and insightful with people. You must be able to multitask, talking on the phone while entering information into Salesforce is necessary.
Schedule:
This position is 40 hours per week. Schedules are set based on business needs and may include Saturdays.
