Kavaliro is seeking a Software Engineer II to support a client in Fort Meade, MD.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software / Data Engineer with strong experience supporting analytic workflows and data processing frameworks in a classified, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GhostMachine analytics, Java-based application development, and dataflow orchestration tools, and is comfortable supporting enterprise processes and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support analytics using GhostMachine
• Build and support data processing solutions using the Portable Map Reduce (PMR) framework
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
• Design and support dataflows using NiFi and Notifier Support the AVP process and represent analytic efforts to AVG as required
• Use GitLab for source control and CI/CD workflows
• Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) for tracking, documentation, and collaboration
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with GhostMachine analytics
• Experience with Portable Map Reduce (PMR) framework
• Strong Java development experience, including Spring and Spring Boot Hands-on experience with NiFi and Notifier
• Familiarity with AVP processes and representing work to AVG
• Experience using GitLab and the Atlassian tool suite
• Ability to work fully onsite in a secure environment
• Active TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph

Clearance Requirement:

• Candidates must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
