This position is responsible for analyzing and maintaining revenue data, assisting with credit evaluations, preparing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain data integrity, and support the achievement of financial goals.

- Support the application of corporate credit policies under the guidance of the Credit Revenue Support Manager
- Create and maintain accurate customer records within the Customer Master system
- Establish and manage tax-exempt customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is current and compliant
- Update customer information, including contact details, tax status, and other relevant data
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from field teams, sales staff, and customers
- Review and process credit limit adjustment requests, including accessing and evaluating credit reports
- Manage incoming credit applications through Outlook, ensuring completeness and proper documentation
- Process and document cash applications, verifying correct tax treatment and maintaining records in Intellichief
- Handle job account setup requests and related administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Prior experience in credit, collections, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
