Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to type at least 25 correct words per minute.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must hold a CompTIA A Certification.
- Ideally 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of computer operations and common applications.
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with call or work order tracking software preferred.
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Ability to install, update, and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
- Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Install and update software as required.
- Communicate with end users to diagnose and resolve computer issues efficiently.
- Provide remote desktop assistance and troubleshooting support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace faulty computer components.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for reference by end users and technical staff.
