Kavaliro is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist for our Jacksonville based client to help keep their day-to-day logistics operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment data, tracking inbound deliveries, and supporting import documentation to ensure compliance and visibility across the supply chain. This position is based onsite in our client's Jacksonville office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Accurately enter and manage shipment information within internal systems
- Monitor inbound shipments and provide updates to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist with preparing and submitting import documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipping documents or delivery schedules
- Maintain well-organized records of all shipping and import documentation
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the logistics team as needed
- Oversee air import shipments from booking through final delivery (ocean experience is a plus)
- Prepare and review key shipping documents such as air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and manifests
- Ensure compliance with customs and government regulations, including ACE and ISF filings
- Act as a primary point of contact for agents, overseas partners, carriers, and airlines
- Handle invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and supporting overall shipment profitability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delays, damages, or cargo discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support, with import experience preferred
- Working knowledge of import processes and documentation
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred, not required)
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Familiarity with import regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with ERP systems or logistics tracking platforms
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
