IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to assist in provisioning Windows laptops, setting up security configurations, and supporting users with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and iOS operating systems, along with a strong focus on troubleshooting and user support. Azure experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and configure Windows laptops, including security setup and scripting.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Troubleshoot common IT issues, such as login problems, USB port connectivity, and software errors.
• Perform password resets and assist with access management.
• Provide basic support for both Windows and iOS environments.
• Maintain documentation for IT processes and user support activities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient system performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with Windows and iOS operating systems.
• Knowledge of user account setup and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
