What You’ll Do:
- Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring success across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Maintain clear, accurate project documentation (charters, budgets, risk logs, status reports) to provide transparency to leadership
- Partner with internal councils and stakeholders to align projects with strategic priorities
- Drive project intake, prioritization, and governance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5 years of IT project management experience (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, and change management)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
