Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing firm seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a diverse caseload across civil, corporate, and commercial litigation
• Manage cases through the full lifecycle—from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court
• Navigate matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• 5 years of experience as a civil trial attorney
• Strong experience in both Federal and State Court (Business Court experience a plus)
• Proven strength in legal research and writing
• Highly organized with solid technical/computer skills
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload and meet billing expectations (35 hours/week)
• A book of business is a plus, but not required
