Beautiful 185 apartment community in Jackson Township is seeking a Full Time experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our team.

Ensure all our residents are provided with a clean, safe well-maintained community
Complete maintenance work orders timely and accurately; leave workspace in neat and orderly manner
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance issues
Repairs apartments during turnover process
Orders or picks up locally necessary supplies
Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas
Must participate in after hours emergency on call rotation
Oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors
Will be be a team player
Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and own tools
Great customer service skills are non negotiable!
Will be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Due to the on call requirement, must be able to drive to the property in less than 30 minutes
Salary : $20 - $25
