What awaits you:
- Support the alignment, implementation, programming, teaching and optimization of automation equipment for samplings and trial runs of injection and blow molded products
- Align with internal Advanced Manufacturing standards to support the creation of feasible Statements of Work.
- Participate in equipment and tooling sign-offs
- Programming of blow molding and injection molding machines, downlines, cooling stations, welding machines, and leak testes, etc.
- Assist the establishment of work instructions to foster automation standards
- Execute troubleshooting for machine functions and automated process steps
- Support SMED activities
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
- Technical degree in programming or related field and minimum 2 years experience or a Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
- First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
- Knowledge within the Siemens S7 programming tools
- Knowledge in robot teaching (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc)
- Familiar with blow molding and injection molding process engineering.
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
