How You’ll Contribute:
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Staff/Senior Business Valuation professional to join our team. This role works closely with our business valuation team and supports complex valuation engagements involving privately held businesses, intangible assets, and equity-related instruments for financial reporting, tax, transaction, and litigation purposes.
- Independently perform valuation analyses
- Analyze financial statements and normalize earnings as part of the valuation process
- Develop valuation models using income, market, and asset-based approaches
- Conduct industry, company, and economic research to support valuation conclusions
- Prepare high-quality valuation workpapers and draft report sections suitable for U.S. client delivery
- Identify valuation issues, apply sound professional judgment, and escalate matters appropriately
- Contribute to timely, accurate, and client-ready deliverables across multiple engagements
What Skills You’ll Bring:
- Direct hands-on experience performing business valuations
- 2 years of relevant valuation experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or progress toward valuation-related credentials preferred
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with the ability to work independently within established templates and models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders

- Exposure to valuations prepared for financial reporting, tax, or transaction purposes
- Professional maturity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
