We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience, to join our highly collaborative Philadelphia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in investigations, motion practice, and trials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years' experience in Employment and Commercial Litigation or Professional Liability
- Labor and Employment Litigation experience, highly preferred
- JD Degree with strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, defending depositions, and arguing motions
- Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes
- Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
