Responsibilities
- Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts.
- Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout.
- JD from an ABA approved Law School.
- Admittance in Texas.
- A minimum of 5 years of employment or general liability litigation experience.
- Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills .
