Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customer accounts and manage existing relationships to build a loyal client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring experiences exceed expectations.
- Cultivate trusting, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in direct negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
- Oversee current inventory and anticipate future inventory needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of wholesale sales experience, with expertise in organic produce and or natural products preferred.
- Strong pricing negotiation skills, balancing customer satisfaction with company profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and providing tailored recommendations.
- Ability to excel in a competitive, fast-paced environment and work evening or night shifts as required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in critical thinking and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and customer interactions efficiently, especially under pressure.
