As part of our team, you will help deliver outstanding service to a wide range of clients. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and/or reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Conducting tax research and advising clients on tax planning strategies
- Leading or supporting client engagements and coordinating with internal teams
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development
- Engaging in meaningful projects that make a difference
Your Skills & Experience
We’re looking for driven professionals with a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or EA certification (or working toward certification)
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing tax returns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Stand-Out Skills
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
- A commitment to continuous learning and innovation
