We’re a Texas-based coffee company serving coffee shops, restaurants, churches, and offices across the San Antonio and Austin areas. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team and represent our brand on the road every day.
Schedule & Territory
- Routes cover the San Antonio and Austin areas within a 75-mile radius
- Deliveries run Monday through Friday
- Shifts start between 4:00–6:30 AM, depending on route and day
- 3 days/week to start with the opportunity to drive additional days to cover other drivers and as business increases.
- Safely operate a company van to deliver boxed products to customers on assigned routes
- Load and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service at every stop
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical concerns promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Pick product in the warehouse according to invoice paperwork for 12-15 orders
- 4 years of delivery driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to start early morning shifts reliably
- Physical ability to load, unload, and move boxed products throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle
- Pay: $18-$22/hour
- Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law
- Health/dental/vision: After 60 Days
